Shipping & Delivery

If you place your order before 2.30pm, on a normal working day, we will dispatch your Product/Products the same day for delivery between 8am and 5.30pm the following working day, and only if we have the item/items in stock in our warehouse. Please check the product page for a more precise delivery on a per product basis.

Please note: The product page delivery icons/messages apply to UK Mainland Only (Republic of Ireland, etc. will take approx 1-3 days extra subject to the product ordered and stock).

In the event of an item not being in stock we will contact you immediately by telephone and/or email. If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday the item/items will be dispatched Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Saturday delivery is not available at this time.

Deliveries to Republic Of Ireland take approx an extra 1-3 working days!

In certain areas the delivery may take up to three working days or more depending on the product ordered (i.e. Scottish Highlands and certain other rural areas).

* Delivery is free on any order over the value of £100.00. Any item below this amount will insure a small delivery charge of £7.49.

Please note: In most cases we can only dispatch goods to the address where the card is registered to (i.e. the address where your card statements goes to). This is to prevent card fraud.

Returns & Replacements

If the item you have ordered has a manufacturing fault, then we will collect the item from you at our expense. However, this needs to be brought to our attention within 28 days of taking delivery (goods supplied to Europe or any other country outside the UK Mainland carry a return to base warranty).

Items after this period will need to be returned to us at your expense. Items returned to us must be sent via registered post or a reputable carriage company, proof of posting is not proof of delivery. The returned item should be with sufficient or the original manufactures packaging with accessories, manuals or other documentation.

Please Note: If the returned item has no fault you will be liable for all collection/delivery charges.

Outer manufacturers packaging must also be protected in transit, and returned in original condition. Once we have received the returned items, you will receive a refund for the item, or receive a replacement provided the return is within the 28 day period. After this period the item will be repaired and returned to you.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the "Shopping Basket". After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from the United Kingdom or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Pounds Sterling or your own currency. We accept Maestro, Switch, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Mastercard or payment via your PayPal account. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
